All room reservations must be requested by April 6th through the registration website, as the hotels are unable to book within the special room blocks by contacting them directly. If you require room reservations outside of the conference dates or if requesting room reservations after April 6th, space and the special rate will be based upon availability.

Attendees are responsible for paying all room, tax and incidental charges accrued upon check out.



Registration Hotel Package Attendees
The official event nights are April 27th through April 30th, 2009. Your registration package includes accommodations at the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino for four (4) nights only; all additional nights and all incidental charges during your entire stay are the responsibility of the attendee to pay upon checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: All package attendees will have to reserve hotel accommodation by choosing arrival and departure dates. Discounts or partial refunds will not be issued to package attendees staying less than four nights, including unplanned early checkouts.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy

• For non-package attendees, the Credit Card provided above guarantees your reservation for your requested arrival date. Please note that your credit card will be charged a deposit one night's room plus tax to guarantee your reservation. Should you cancel your reservation more than 72 hours prior to your arrival date, you will be refunded the deposit.
• Registration/Hotel Package:  Cancellation of the package occurring between April 15th and 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date will result in a refund of the pre-paid four (4) nights room and tax included in your registration package. Cancellation of the registration package within 72 hours or failure to appear on your expected arrival date will result in a refund of three (3) nights hotel room and tax only, in addition to the cancellation of your reservation for the remainder of your stay. 
• Discounts or partial refunds will not be issued to registration/hotel package attendees staying less than four (4) nights, including unplanned early checkouts.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
• Failure to appear on the expected date of arrival will result in a forfeiture of your deposit, in addition to the cancellation of your reservation for the remainder of the stay.
• The event team will facilitate the transfer of hotel reservations through April 17th at 5:00 p.m. After that time, substitutions require the attendee to contact the hotel directly with reservation changes.
